Sanjit Biswas left his MIT PhD program to start the networking equipment company Meraki. When Cisco acquired Meraki, he went back to the lab, but soon left again to start his second company. In this episode of Boss Talk, he talks about why he choose entrepreneurship over the lab, what he learned as a first time founder, and what is (and isn't) the same the second time around.
Boss Talk is the Clubhouse show where a16z cofounder Ben Horowitz and Ali Ghodsi, the Founder/CEO of Databricks, discuss CEO stuff, leadership stuff, management stuff... boss stuff. Live every Tuesday 5-6pm on Clubhouse.
